We are known for offering cost-effective pricing solutions to all our customers. Please keep in mind that if the weight/size of waste you need removing differs or exceeds the weight/size of waste that you have initially stated to our London team, we will charge you extra when our Commercial Clearance experts arrive at your property in London to finish the task for you.

1.The price for collection and disposal of heavy and bulky construction materials such as rocks, metal, woods, concrete, bricks, soil or hardwood will be estimated based on the weight of the rubbish not its volume. We have a fleet of state-of-the-art, sturdy vehicles, so we can accurately measure the weight of your rubbish. You pay only for the rubbish we will dispose of.

2.We designed our weight-based pricing system to measure the accurate volume of the goods you want to get rid of: 100 kg are equivalent to 1 cubic yard so, for example, if the rubbish you need to remove is around 1000 kg, we will charge you for a load of 10 cubic yards. These specifications are valid for small loads of rubbish that are less than 1000 kg.

3.You can easily estimate the final cost of your service by keeping in mind that a bag of rubble, soil or concrete can hold around 50 kg. So, if you want to dispose of 25 bags, you will be charged for 1000 kg or 10 cubic yards.
